Exchanges and returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date the order is received, provided the original packaging is kept and the item is unused.

The purchase amount will be refunded, excluding shipping costs.

For hygiene and health reasons, earrings and ear cuffs cannot be returned.

The customer covers the return shipping costs.
