2. Nature of the products
All Julietas pieces are made to order, handcrafted and personalised for each customer.
The estimated production time is 7 to 10 business days, to which shipping time should be added.

3. Purchase process
The order is considered complete when the customer receives the confirmation email.
Prices include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices or products without prior notice.

4. Shipping

  • Mainland Spain shipping: 24-48 business hours

  • The production time (7-10 business days)

  • If the order is returned due to an incorrect address or the customer's absence, additional charges may apply.

5. Exchanges and returns
As our pieces are made to order:

✔ We do not offer cash refunds.

✔ Returns are compensated with a store credit with no expiry date.

Store credit conditions:

  • You must request it by writing to hola@thejulietas.com within 14 calendar days of receipt.

  • The pieces must be unused, in perfect condition and with their original packaging.

  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

  • Returns of used, damaged or personalised pieces (with initials or exclusive details) are not accepted (where applicable).

6. Warranty
All products carry the legal warranty for manufacturing defects.
This does not cover wear from normal use, perfumery, knocks, tarnishing from poor care or improper handling.

7. Personal data
Use of the Site implies acceptance of our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual property
All content on the website www.thejulietas.com is the property of Julietas. Its total or partial reproduction without consent is prohibited.

9. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Spanish law.
For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of Madrid.
