2. Nature of the products
All Julietas pieces are made to order , handcrafted and personalized for each customer.
The estimated manufacturing time is 7 to 10 business days , plus shipping time.

3. Purchase process
The order is considered complete when the customer receives the confirmation email.
Prices include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices or products without prior notice.

4. Shipping

  • Peninsular Spain deliveries: 24-48 business hours

  • Manufacturing time (7–10 working days)

  • If the order is returned due to an incorrect address or the customer's absence, additional charges may apply.

5. Exchanges and returns
Since our parts are manufactured to order:

✔ We do not offer cash refunds.

✔ Returns are compensated with a store voucher with no expiry date.

Voucher conditions:

  • You must request it by writing to hola@thejulietas.com within 14 calendar days of receipt.

  • The items must be unused, in perfect condition and with their original packaging.

  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

  • No returns are accepted for used, damaged, or personalized items with initials or exclusive details (if applicable).

6. Warranty
All products come with the legal guarantee against manufacturing defects.
This does not cover wear and tear from normal use, perfumery, impacts, oxidation due to poor care or improper handling.

7. Personal data
Use of the Site implies acceptance of our Privacy Policy .

8. Intellectual Property
All content on the website www.thejulietas.com is the property of Julietas. Its reproduction, in whole or in part, is prohibited without consent.

9. Applicable legislation
These terms are governed by Spanish law.
For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of Madrid .
